Morning Exercises

Hi Barefooters!

Fall is upon us here in Toronto and I’m trying to make the best out of the weather. As part for my daily routine, I’m setting aside some 20 to 30 minutes every day to do some light aerobic exercises and calisthenics, especially in the morning to give me a bit of energy to start the day. I’m very lucky to have a great backyard, so I can combine my exercises with some earthing – which further enhances the benefits of my exercise.

This morning, I took a video of myself doing a shortened, lighter version of my workout routine. I hope you enjoy it and find it inspirational to get out there and spend some time moving and enjoying some direct contact with Mother Earth.
