Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure to meet a fellow Canadian barefooter Sue Kenney. She is a pilgrim, book author, motivational speaker and the designer of the innovative Barebottom Shoes.
Sue and I sat down for a casual chat, and she shared with me a great recount on how she became a barefooter, as well as her amazing journey doing pilgrimage on the famous Camino de Santiago de Compostela, in Spain. She also talked about her unique Barebottom Shoes, which are generating a lot of interest among barefooters, dancers and yogis all over North America, as a stylish way to enjoy our healthy lifestyle choice, while maintaining hostile “anti-barefooters” at bay.
Please join me and watch my interview with Sue and enjoy her welcoming and contagious personality.

Barefoot Moe, I truly loved the experience of talking to you about barefooting. Thanks for sharing my story in this post. Sole to soul.
Thank You Sue! I’m looking forward to our next meeting very soon.
